ReplyDeleteWhen I saw your caption for the picture "Our God is an awesome God," it made me think of a chorus of a song that goes, "Our God is an awesome God, He reigns in heaven above with wisdom, power, and love, our God is an awesome God!" I forgot the actual name of the song, but it's one of my favorite "Christian Songs."
At any rate, I'm sorry I haven't emailed you yet. I forgot to remind you that I don't check my email on a regular basis but I will email you soon. I just didn't want you to think that I was ignoring you or anything.
I also enjoyed reading your "Woman's Day Book" post today. It describes how I feel sometimes. I may be reading this wrong, but your post sounded a bit sad today. I hope things are going okay with you.

ReplyDeleteThat song is actually titled "Awesome God" and I believe Rich Mullins wrote it. Don't hurry too much to get back to me, I know lots of people have much more exciting lives than I do, and generally more than I do! I'm just a stay-at-home wife with no kids :) (I almost typed "unemployed" but that wouldn't exactly be write...this stay at home stuff can be quite a job!) I think I was kinda glum Monday morning. I'm still adjusting to being alone (aside from the dog) all day long and the gray skies kinda got to me, I guess. But I'm better now!
